Returns are for exchange and store credit only. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant, makeup, and perfume free. All original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
EXCHANGES: Exchanges are accepted in-store. For shipped items, once your return request is approved, ship your item back to us. Once we receive it, you will receive store credit through e-mail and then you are welcome to purchase another item.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items on sale or purchase with a discount code or "final sale"
- Bodysuits for sanitary purposes
- Gift Items (candles, body products, etc)
All online return requests must be made within 14 days of the order being received. After the return has been approved, please make sure it is delivered back to Simply Chic or brought to our store within 14 days of when you received it. Returns that exceed this limit will NOT be accepted. At this time, Simply Chic does not provide return labels. We will use the delivery date from the USPS tracking link provided at the time of shipment.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged/defective item, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number.
CANCELLED ORDERS: If you wish to cancel an order, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee - no exceptions. No orders will be cancelled after 1 day of placing the order. We pack and ship your orders within 1-2 days of when it is placed.
LOST PACKAGES: Simply Chic is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund. Once your package leaves our facility, we no longer have control over your package. You may submit a claim online for a missing package through the post office.
Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer for all returns.
