Return Policy

 RETURNS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE  OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.  Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant, makeup, and perfume free. All original tags must be attached. Shoes must be shipped back in the original shoebox to receive store credit. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. All returns should shipped back to our Return Address. 

PICK UP ORDERS: You have the option to choose "in-store pickup" at checkout. Orders can be picked up Monday-Friday at our new location.  All orders must be picked up within 14 business days of when the item was purchased.

EXCHANGES: Our inventory is limited to ensure that we stay true to an authentic boutique selection. Please e-mail us to confirm that we still have the item in stock that you wish to exchange for. Once your return request is approved, ship your item back to us as soon as possible. Once we receive it, you will be shipped back the item you wish to exchange for if it is still in stock. If you wish to do an in-person exchange or return, please contact us and we would be happy to accommodate. 

No cash, credit, or debit card refunds will be issued, unless there is a mistake on our part. We are charged a fee for every refund we process. As a small business, we cannot take on that added expense.

All online return requests must be made within 14 days of the order being received. After the return has been approved, please make sure it is delivered back to our return address within 14 business days of when you received it. Returns that exceed this limit will NOT be accepted.

At this time, Simply Chic does not provide return labels. We will use the delivery date from the USPS tracking link provided at the time of shipment.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • Items that are marked 30% off or more
  • Clearance items are FINAL SALE
  • Bodysuits for sanitary purposes
  • Jewelry
  • Accessories (hats, belts, scarves, handbags, etc)
  • Gift Items (candles, body products, etc)
  • Items purchased with a store credit or exchange. Our system only allows one exchange or return per order. 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged/defective item, please e-mail contact@simplychic.co within 2 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number.

CANCELLED ORDERS: If you wish to cancel an order, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee - no exceptions. No orders will be cancelled after 1 day of placing the order. We pack and ship your orders within 24 hours of when it is placed. 

LOST PACKAGES: Simply Chic is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund. Once your package leaves our facility, we no longer have control over your package. You may submit a claim online for a missing package through the post office.

SHIPPING ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer for all returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers who choose "shipping" at checkout and later decide they want to pick up in store will not be refunded for shipping. It costs us a fee every time we refund. As a small business, we cannot take on extra fees. Please read carefully during every checkout process.
