Return Policy

Return Policy Updated June 18, 2024.

Please read below as our return policy has changed. Keep in mind we are a small business who strives to bring you weekly new arrivals. We now operate as an online-only store as of 6/18/24.

RETURNS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLYAll return requests must be made within 14 days of the order delivery date or date you picked up your order from our HQ. After your return has been approved, it must be delivered or returned back to our HQ within 10 days. Returns that exceed this limit will not be accepted. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. Once your return is delivered, please allow 2-3 business days for it to be processed. You will receive store credit sent as a gift card to your email address.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant, makeup, and perfume free. All original tags must be attached. Shoes must be shipped back in the original shoebox. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

No cash, credit, or debit card refunds will be issued, unless there is a mistake on our part.

EXCHANGESOur inventory is limited. Please e-mail us to confirm that we still have the item in stock that you wish to exchange for. If you wish to do an in-person exchange or return, please contact us and we would be happy to accommodate. 

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email us within 2 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number.

 

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased with a discount code of 30% off or more
  • Items that are marked "Sale" on the website
  • Bodysuits, earrings, hair accessories for sanitary purposes
  • Items purchased with a store credit or exchange. Our system only allows one exchange or return per order. 

 

To START A RETURN, please visit the "CONTACT" page at the bottom of our website. Please include order number, first and last name, items you'd like to return, and reason for the return. If your item is damaged, please include a picture. At this time, we do not provide return labels. We will use the delivery date from the USPS tracking link provided at the time of shipment.

LOST PACKAGES: Simply Chic is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund. Once your package leaves our facility, we no longer have control over your package. You may submit a claim online for a missing package through the post office.

SHIPPING ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer for all returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
